Very nice stay at this house!

House was just as described. We are so glad we did this instead of hotel. David and France the owners are very nice people, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
We were visiting relatives and friends in the Queens area, and this house was very convenient and comfortable for our stay. Supermarket, Chinese take out, Pizza, Laundromatt, closeby. Ample parking on street in front of house. Computer use, telephone use, David and France left eggs, milk and bread in refridgerator to make us feel right at home. Very comfortable bed, and thank goodness air conditioning was strong, as it was very hot in NY during the time we were there. We will definately want to stay here again. Comfortable and Convenient

My relatives were coming to New York for a family event,and I needed a place that could fit 8 people comfortably and be affordable. This house does just that! The house itself was clean and quiet and in a safe neighborhood. The fully equipped kitchen made it possible to eat a proper breakfast and cook whenever necessary. The grocery store was a 5 minute walk from the house. We took the express bus from the house right to Manhattan which was easy and convenient. The hosts were very helpful and accomodating. We liked this house because the pictures of the house on the website are exactly how the house looks. Coming from Scandinavia we have a high standard of hygiene and this house was extremely clean, which was a big relief because you never know what you’re going to get. It was our first trip to Manhattan and we were travelling with kids so we worried about getting around but the express bus is only a block from the house so it was easy. The house was also quite spacious so at the end of a big day of sightseeing, we felt like we could relax. The house is quiet at night and the beds are very comfortable. The hosts were also friendly and answered our questions. We feel like this house was a lucky find and good value for money. Ringskog Family, Sweden
