House of walking on the beach of Robalo. Excellent for events or weekends to rest. Upper floor with 4/4 with all suites, a large living room and balcony. Ground floor: large kitchen and equipped, pantry, bathroom, lounge equipped with bar tables, billiards. Adult and children's pool. Barbecue. Parking for up to 8 cars. Sossego total.

Great location: 550 meters from the beach with bars. A 8.6 km from Linda Orla Sunset, Sunrise, from where boats leave for promenades to the CROA Goré or for Viral. A waterside bars equipped with excellent food. Access to marinas to ride jet-squidbilly.

The supermarket 10km and 11 km from Aracaju Airport. And 12 km from the Runway Caramgueijo, which has a variety of bars with live music and a varied menu of mouthwatering.
