My wife, Rosalie, and I live in Austin, Texas, where I am a real estate attorney. We have two grown boys and 5 grand kids, all of whom enjoy the condo when not rented. My wife has been visiting New Braunfels for 60+ years and I for almost 50.

Great location - just a short wade across the Comal River to enter Schlitterbahn Water Park.

Owners also have a 2 Br, 2 Ba home with a 1 Br, 1Ba garage apartment which are available and located approximately 3 blocks away. Great for larger groups (sleeps a total of 9 but perhaps as many as 14 with air mattresses) family reunions and company get aways. You can view this property on Home Away as property #31655554.

Additional information about rental rates

One night's rental is required to reserve the unit and the deposit is applied to the rental. Balance for stay is due one week prior to arrival.
Fees And Taxes There is a one time cleaning fee of $75 plus the occupancy tax of 13%.
During the Peak Season the rental rates are $275 per night for the weekend being Thursday through Saturday nights. Rental rates are $225 for weekdays being Sunday throught Wednesday nights. Weekly rentals are $1,500.

During the Low Season the daily rate is $175 and a monthly rate of $1,300.00.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

We have stayed twice at this place and each time the property was impeccable. The condo is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. As you can see from the pictures the river is just a few steps away and we really enjoyed having dinner by the river at night.

Thank you for being so accommodating and we are looking forward to many more great mini trips like that!

NICE VIEW OF THE COMAL RIVER.

The condo was very nice inside, the furniture & appliances were in great condition. The beds were nice and comfy. The view of the Comal River was gorgeous, and the bbq area was clean.
I would definetley rent again, hopefully sooner than later.

Great Place to Stay!

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well stocked & in a great location. The big windows by the dining table offer a beautiful view of the Comal River. It couldn't be any more convenient if you're going to Schlitterbahn Waterpark...we just waded across the Comal to get there & came back & forth throughout the day. Even with the hot summer temperatures the Comal is always clear & cold and we enjoyed just chillin' in the river in the evenings...very peaceful. When making the reservations you can count on Gene being a great communicator...taking care of the details & getting back to you promptly on any questions you may have. Thank you Gene for all your help & letting us stay at your wonderful place!

Nice Getaway!

We rented this condo for a birthday weekend getaway. Everything was well kept and super clean. The picture windows in the living room were awesome and made us feel like the river was even closer. Tubing is just right down the road. It was a great time!
