Private cape style home, delightfully decorated and located in the heart of the village near the bay. Summerkeys Music School is just steps from the front door. Relax in the large shaded back yard, sunbathe on the deck or retreat to the marvelous dining area for dinner. But you don't have to cook! All the restaurants and shops are within minutes walking distance. You will breathe the salt air and sleep well on the starry nights. This cottage is steps to the rushing Lubec Narrows, the body of water between the USA and Canada. Seals frequent the Narrows, diving for fish and frolicking in the swiftly moving tides. Eagles perch on the old smokehouse and a variety of birds and ducks nest on the peninsula.

Lubec is home to Summerkeys Music School which hosts free concerts every week. Photography and Art workshops are popular as well. Take in an Art Exhibit or cozy up in our unique library. Bike and Kayak rentals are located in the village. The shore is accessible in several places.

This cottage is new to rentals, so therefore there are no reviews at this time. The cottage is in an excellent quiet village location - steps to Summerkeys, the waterfront, restaurants, churches, etc. Come visit our unique little village with a big shoreline!

Perfect location for Summerkeys

This was an ideal rental for me and my family, right in the middle of town close to all my lesson and practice locations during my week at Summerkeys. My kids loved being just a short walk down the hill to the waterfront for seal watching, playing in the rocks and ice cream. The house was very clean, with all the necessaries in place.
