Fully equipted kitchen, off street parking (1 veh), free standing ac in liv/kit area and wall ac in bedroom.

GREAT VALUE: Included: Sheets, Towels, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Umbrella and Beach Cart. Wheel all your gear to the beach.

PRIME SEASON 6/30 TO 8/24/2013: Just $835/week Sunday to Sunday basis.

Sheets, Towels and Beach Gear provided courtesy of Islands Best Rentals. Items are provided for use during your stay and must be left at the property at the end of your stay. You will receive a set of sheets for each bed you will be using and a set of towels for each person staying in the property up to 6. Sheets and towels are not exchanged during your stay. One beach chair is provided for each person staying in the property up to 6. One beach umbrella and one beach cart.

This vacation rental is really perfect for families with children or adult couples. With the set up of the queen bed and set of bunkbeds in bedroom and a queen pullout couch in the living room, it gives families options as to how they want to sleep. Adults can sleep with their children in same bedroom or not. The majority of the furniture is under two years old as is the stove and refigerator. Families can save money by cooking/eating at home.

What makes this apartment unique

The inclusion of sheets, towels and beach gear, provides a savings of over $100 and the convenience of not having to pack those items, or clean them.
