Our 2 bedroom 2 bath lakeshore villa boasts a large deck overlooking the lake as well as the golf course with access from the living room as well as the master bedroom. You can sunbathe in the afternoon and relax with a drink and barbeque in the evening. Available May onwards. Check our website for more information.

The condo is located on the second floor of a two story building with parking just outside the front door and there is also visitor parking available for friends. The condo has 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each and 2 full baths. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils, dishes, 2 coffee makers, blender, toaster, etc.

The Apartment amenities include: wireless high speed internet, 3 tv’s including a new 42 “ Sony LCD, a 32' lcd in mbr, & a 26' tv in the 2nd br. Also included are a blueray dvd player with 50 movie dvd's, a western digital media centre with 160 movies & 3 wireless telephones with unlimited long distance dialing anywhere in North America. An iPod/iphone sound-bar is also available for your listening pleasure.

The Kitchen: has brand all new major appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave oven) and includes along with all necessary dishes and utensils a kettle, food blender, toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, Kurig one cup coffee maker.

The Patio: Enjoy the afternoon sun on the 10’ by 10’ deck which has access from both the master bedroom and the living room. The deck overlooks a lake. A closet located on the side of the deck has the chairs and a BBQ for your convenience. Also included are beach chairs, cooler bags, and an umbrella in case you want to hit the beach.

The Apartment: has all the necessary linens and towels necessary for a monthly or seasonal stay. There is also a washer, dryer, iron, & ironing board plus hair dryers for your convenience. The couch converts to a queen size fold out bed. Both bedrooms have queen size beds.

The heated pool: boasts a hot tub overlooking Boca Ciaga Bay and has numerous chairs available for your lounging convenience. Washrooms are located next to the pool.

Greatest Vacation Condo

My husband and I travelled to this immaculate condo and had one of the best vacations we could have imagined! Everything was clean, well-maintained and very well appointed, including the wonderful grill that we frequently used. Sitting on the patio viewing all the Florida birds on the lake was a plus, they perched right there every day. Location is great, close to beaches, entertainment and many great restaurants, Sea Hags, PJ's in Indian Rocks, Frenchy's in Clearwater on the beach and the Boardwalk Café right up at the Isla shopping center were the places we really enjoyed.

The Beaches are close especially Passe' Grille (old world Florida) which is rare to find, art galleries, restaurants, shops, wonderful.

The pool was so clean and right on the bay with a nice gazebo to eat lunch and then jump in the hot tub which was wonderful. . So much to do could not begin to say it all, except we do highly recommend this condo and the entire area for a memorable vacation, we are returning next year for sure. Thanks again to the owners Raymond Green and family for making this possible for us, wonderful to deal with and could not have asked for more accommodating people.

Great Vacation Unit

We rented this unit in April 2012 for (1) month and could not be more pleased with the condo, location and area attractions. Many quiet, peaceful hours were spent sitting on the patio which overlooks a lake, golf course – groomed landscape –beautiful!! Security on-site –very friendly and helpful in offering directions or providing general information. Found people very friendly and helpful as well.

The condo was just a few minutes from beautiful St. Pete’s Beach, or just a short drive to other popular Florida Beaches – we enjoyed many mornings at the beach and returned again in the evening to watch the beautiful sunsets – recommend the Emongth Key Boat Tour as well. Pool area was clean and a great place to spend a day or to drop by to relax or to chat with other vacationers, Our 25 year old daughter joined us for 10 days and had a great visit and loved the area / area attractions as much as we did.

Many local restaurants (beachfront included) offered great food choices at reasonable prices. The central location also made it ideal for when we wanted to take in major attractions or to go shopping at local malls and outlets.

Happy to recommend Isla Del Sol area and this Condo rental : Anyone who is looking for a clean, well maintained unit in a place that offers relaxation, easy access to attractions ,great beaches and shopping –should check this location out; Thanks for making our vacation –a great one for the memory bank.

Relaxing vacation

We just returned from our stay in St. Petersburg, we had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly what we needed for a very relaxing vacation. My husband and I stayed with our 2 year old and we had a wonderful time. Ray and Ellen made everything as easy as possible for us. The condo was well appointed and very clean. We spent many evenings sitting on the patio enjoying a glass of wine. We also loved watching all of the birds on the lake in the morning. The location to the beautiful beaches of St. Petersburg was fantastic. We enjoyed the beach in Passe a Grill the most. Ray and Ellen we thank you for everything we were able to make some wonderful memories with our little girl.

Winter Getaway

We stayed at this condo for three months. The condo itself is beautifully laid out with plenty of space,great balcony and a lovely view.Condo has high speed internet,long distance phone package and in condo laundry. The owners are fantastic and prompt if you need anything.
Pool and hot tub are only 2 mins.away.It is a quiet and peaceful area but you are still in walking distance to the beach and restaurants.We can't wait to go back again this year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful unit.

Stayed in this unit for a while last fall.Very clean and comfortable unit with all the amenities. Beautiful, very serene and peaceful. Great just to sit on the patio at night, listen to the night sounds, and stare at the stars.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We want to thank you for your kind words. My wife and I often sit out on that patio and listen to the fish jump at night or throw something on the BBQ. In the daytime it is fun to watch the golfers on the other side of the lake attempt a tricky shot.
