This apartment is exactly as pictured and in a great location on the edge of old town as well as a vibrant shopping area. A few concerns: The underground parking provided is a significant challenge for all but small cars. The clothes dryer does not appear to be vented, so while it heats, it holds in moisture. Plan time to let clothes air dry. Be prepared to pay cash on arrival. The web site indicates English is spoken. While the gentleman who let us in spoke English well, all email communication as well as the lease were in French.

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment is exactly as pictured, beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The location was wonderful, the neighborhood is lively with everything you could need re groceries, pharmacy, office of tourism and great shopping steps away - plus all the historic and marvellous streets of Aix steps away as well! The owner was very responsive regarding our inquires beforehand and the property management team was excellent during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.
Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique ici. L'appartement est exactement comme sur la photo, beau, spacieux et bien entretenu. L'endroit était magnifique, le quartier est animé avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin comme épicerie, pharmacie, bureau de tourisme et grandes étapes d'achat de suite - ainsi que toutes les rues historiques et merveilleuses d'Aix à quelques pas ainsi! Le propriétaire était très sensible en ce qui concerne nos demandes de renseignements à l'avance et l'équipe de gestion de la propriété était excellent pendant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
