Discover Tropical Splendor, where your senses will be filled with the delights of island living. Our bright spacious home is perfect for honeymooners, families, or snowbirds desiring a peaceful retreat that is minutes away from glistening beaches, cozy restaurants, marinas, and shops. Located in Rotonda West, this house was built in 2006 but never lived in. It was recently purchased and professionally decorated to make your Florida vacation feel like a tropical getaway.

Vibrant fabrics and rich rattan furnishings flow from room to room in this 2,300 square foot villa. The open floor plan includes 11’ x 14’ dining room adorned with rich plantation shutters and tropical prints. Across from the dining room, beautiful french doors open to a 9’ x 15’ den which has a writing desk , 46' flat screen TV, queen sofa bed, and recliner.

The spacious, well-equipped kitchen overlooks a 12’ x 11’ breakfast nook and an 18’ x 22’ great room complete with comfortable sofa, love seat, chair, and 50” flat screen TV. Grand lanai doors open onto the pool and deck area, perfect for sun-lovers. Relax in the sun loungers and enjoy viewing the tranquil freshwater canal.

The deluxe master suite overlooks the canal and walks out onto the pool deck. Connected you will find the romantic 15 x 14’ master bath which contains a large shower area and a garden tub with pillars.

Guest bedroom #1 is 12 x 11’ with a queen-size bed , and guest bedroom #2 is 11 x 11’ with a full-size bed.

This house also features an 11 x 11’ private home office with large desk.

Englewood offers many island type restaurants with excellent food and 'Old Florida' ambiance. Nearby Port Charlotte offers additional unique dining opportunities, plus popular franchise restaurants. Chain stores and a mall are also located in Port Charlotte.

The Golf Scoop is available for use on Rotonda's five golf courses.

Three bicycles are provided for guest enjoyment.

Beautiful home in great golfing community

Beautiful new 3 BR home with pool on a canal in a quiet neighborhood. Great neighborhood for walking or running, or biking. 3 bikes in the garage and quiet bike paths nearby. The golf scoop card is a tremendous value. I was skeptical of the quality of the golf courses, but all 5 courses were great to play, and we played them all. The card also included free range balls. It's hard to believe that the 5 golf courses were all within 6 miles of the house! Even though the nights were alittle cool in December, paying extra to have the pool heated was well worth it. Great side trips to Boca Grande, and Sarasota. We still have much to explore and plan to get back again. Lots of good restaurants in the area, but the kitchen was fully stocked so we also did alot of cooking as well. The owners are very accomodating in making sure all your questions get answered and your needs are met. I give this 5 stars.

A nice week in November

We were a group of four and had a wonderful time at this beautiful furnished house at Rotonda. Rotonda is very good for golfers. There are five golf courses nearby and not expensive when you have the "Golf Scoop". The owner are very kindly. Thank you for to be your guests.

Fantastic

This villa is very tastefully decorated with lovely furnishings, great bright colours and very clean. The masterbath is brilliant. If its relaxation you are looking for this is the place. The bikes are a bit of fun as well. If you feel like a trip to the beach we would recommend Boca Grande beach its a great beach for a walk along (no swimming) with loads of shells to collect if thats your thing. We had to drag ourselves away from the poolside. If we were to return to Rotonda West this will be the villa we will want to stay in.

Beautiful home in a very quiet neighbourhood.

We are currently in the middle of a 3 month stay at this beautiful home. We are the first renters of this property from the owner Sandy who has ensured that we and future guests have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house is newly decorated, furnished, landscaped and supplied with everything you can possibly need and of high quality.

The local management company which Sandy utilizes is excellent and deals with any matters in a very prompt fashion.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly. You can walk or bike(bikes provided) for miles. There is a nearby nature trail that we frequently use.

We are sure that anyone who rents Sandy's property will be very pleased that they did so.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
