Beautiful position, big garden, close to the beach, private parking.

This beautiful house is located in Punta Ala, the most prestigous coast of Maremma. Immersed in the green, with a big, fenced garden in front of the house and one in the back, equipped with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The beach is about 200 meters, reachable by a short walk.

The villa can comfortly accommodate 7 adults, it is spread over two floors, with large windows, terraces, open spaces, this makes it very bright. The big living and dining room opens into the garden furnished for outdoor dining.

It has air condition and mosquito nets.

Groundfloor: Entrance into the big living - dining room with direct exit to the back garden with equipped terrace, outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen, 1 kingsize bedroom and bathroom with shower.

First floor: Raised floor with sleeping couch, balcony, 2 kingsize bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one of them complete, the other one with toilet, bidet and washbasin.
