The villa accommodates up to 10 people, there are 5 bathrooms, fabulous living area, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning on the top floor, superbly furnished with large furnished terraces overlooking the marvelous Infinity pool, and the stunning views of the valley and Boast of village. Situated in the quiet rural area of Busot with its many nature reserves & fantastic mountain views. The village of Busot is a 2 minute drive away. A ten minute drive takes you to the seaside resort of Campello with beautiful sandy beaches and numerous bars, restaurants & shops. The villa is a 6 minute drive to the prestigious Bonalba Golf Resort and Spa, which offers a health club, gym with jacuzzi & steam rooms, restaurants, bars, and a luxury pool complex. This location is ideal for avid golfers, families with young children & groups, and is suitable for all ages. It offers a great choice of a rural location with spectacular mountain views, easy access to local amenities & beaches, and an excellent base for exploring the local theme parks, nature attractions. The cities of Alicante & Benidorm are nearby. Theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundo Mar & aqualandia are all within a leisurely 30 minute drive, and the Caves of Canelobre are 5 mins drive away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% Non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, the balance is due 4 weeks prior to the booked date. A €300 security deposit is required which is refundable at the end of the stay subject to no damage or disrespectful treatment of the villa or tis contents. All prices shown are accommodation, pleas add an additional €220 for linen and clean on to holiday cost.

  • EXTRA CHARGES
    Cot, high chair or extra fold up beds available on request at cost of €25 per week. per item.

    Compulsory Meet and Greet service outside of office hours of €40, our OPI representative will meet you iat an arranged point close to the villa, show you into property and hand over keys. Office hours Monday - Friday 1'am-6pm and Saturday 10am - 1pm.
