An upscale kitchen features Italian tile, crowned cabinets, corian counters and all conveniences. Wireless internet, free US/Canada phone,42' plasma screen, and TV/DVD in each bedroom are among the amenities you will enjoy. The clubhouse includes a concierge, fitness and convenience store. Centrally located on Orlando's Universal Boulevard (not remote in Kissimmee or Davenport), the location is ideal for visits to all 3 Theme Park areas, yet just 12 convenient minutes from the airport. In addition to the 5 Disney parks just 6 miles away, Seaworld is within view on Int'l Drive, and Universal Studios, Harry Potter's Wizarding World just 3 miles

Guests have described their stay at this property as surprisingly spacious, and nicely appointed. The Isles at Vista Cay location is perfect for all the many attractions available in the Orlando area. In contrast to Davenport or Kissimmee, the central location minimizes your time spent in traffic on the Interstate Freeways. Dozens of restaurants are found on nearby International Drive, or cook in your own villa with the fully equipped kitchen. The two resort pools are uncrowded unlike local hotels, and one is located directly in front of the building. The main clubhouse has all the amenities including a business centre, concierge, and sports court. Meeting rooms are available and can be scheduled for private events or business groups. Two enormous and glamorous shopping malls are within a five mile drive, the 'Florida Mall,' or the 'Mall at Millenia.' Alternatively, the two nearby Designer Outlet Malls are found on International Drive. Alternatively, view the exotic headwaters of the Everglades in a Fan-powered boat, or view the wildlife at the world-renowned 'Gatorland' park and preserve. An evening stroll at exciting 'Downtown Disney' boardwalk or 'Universal Citywalk' will feature local nightlife and music, as well as famous restaurants and entertainment such as the Blue Man Group, or the Cirque de Soleil. There is much to entertain the visitor in this tropical vacation paradise.

We are a family of four that loves to get away on vacation. Our favorite destinations are California, Europe and of course Florida. We have relatives in four countries, and try to encourage family and friends to join us on trips whenever possible. The vacation homes with extra bedrooms and a large kitchen allow us to enjoy quality vacation time with everyone under the same roof. We typically enjoy big family meals, and games afterwards.

We can't wait to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter which opens in the Spring of 2010!!

Orlando, Florida allows so many types of vacations. Vista Cay is situated so close to everything, but is quiet, uncrowded and luxurious. The pool and clubhouse are always never full, and the staff friendly and courteous. Great shopping is nearby including Outlet Malls, restaurants are all around, and there are so many entertainment options. The resort is between the Disney Parks, and Universal Studios, close to Sea World, and all are a short drive. You will not waste your vacation time in traffic. We chose to own here for all those reasons, and because it is so easy to Fly into Orlando, with direct flights from everywhere. It's a great escape from winter in New York, and sometimes the OC Convention Center next door has a business conference I can attend.

This is a great central location between Disney, Seaworld and Universal Theme Parks, adjacent to International Drive and the 'Point of Orlando.' Stroll the Universal City Walk, Downtown Disney boardwalk with Cirque de Soleil, or enjoy live theatre. Just minutes away are shopping and nightlife. It's a short walk to Orlando Convention Center, but just a short 12 minute drive to the International Airport. Take an Everglades Boat Tour, visit Cape Canaveral or Cocoa Beach (1 hour drive).

Wonderful Experience

I have been talking about brining my kids to Disney since my daughter was born; she is now almost seven so I figured this was the perfect time! We decided to stay off the grounds, less expensive, more privacy, more comfort and we could have a kitchen and laundry! We choose to stay at this location and what a great decision that was, the pictures are exactly what it looks like when you arrive. Very clean, very welcoming and the owner is wonderful to work with! When we checked out, we realized as we got to the airport that we had forgotten to empty a few food items out of the cupboard, I sent to email to the owner immediately apologizing and asking if we would be charged. He responded shortly after and reassured us there would be no additional charge. I really appreciate them sharing their home with us and making our trip an exceptional one! We will recommend this property to family friends in the future. Thank you so much!

Amazing place to stay!

I recently traveled to Orland for a Convention and two of my girlfriends and I rented this condo. We were beyond thrilled with the experience from start to finish. Check-in was very quick and easy. When we arrived the condo was exactly as pictured. Not only was it beautifully appointed, but extremely clean, with a wonderful view of Sea World as well as a small pond that was always full of birds to watch.

The condo was close to everything we wanted to do and see, and we felt very secure staying there. It is a top-floor unit so there was no noise of people above us. In fact, it was one of the most quiet places I have ever stayed at. The beds were comfortable, and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit so that we all went home with suitcases full of clean clothes.

I would rent this condo again without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing experience, beautiful condo

This was an amazing experience. Two friends and I were coming in for a conference and really wanted more space than a hotel could give us so we found this little gem.

Not only was it immaculate, beautiful and convenient, but it had a beautiful view and was in a lovely complex right next to a grocery store.

It made our trip so much more relaxing and fun to be able to hang out in this pretty place each night and wind down.

The owner was so nice and accommodating, I would definitely rent from this person again and would happily stay in this same condo.

A place for peaceful relaxation

Our stay was exactly as the photos show. A clean and comfortable home on the top floor. beautiful views of water, wildlife and seaworld. Centrally located and set back from highway traffic, so it was very quiet at night. Was a little tight for 6 adults, as the furniture is really set for 4, but we made it work and had a wonderul time. Mr. MacIssac is the nicest man to work with, very easy to follow his instructions and His personality is one of patience and kindness. I will recommend to all my family and friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
