CHARMING, PRIVATE LUXURY VILLA NEAR BEACHES, SHOPPING, AND NIGHTLIFE

This was my second time renting a villa from this owner, and I have been very pleased with the quality of both experiences. My buddy and I were visiting Sosua for a golf outing, and we were the first to vacation in this particular home.
I suggest that you arrive during daylight hours, since the turn off of the main road is easy to miss at night. It's probably about 7 minutes from the heart of Sosua. Once we found the villa, we were very pleased with it's spaciousness. It came with wireless internet service, and very good cable service stations. The kitchen was large, with a gas stove, ample cabinet space, and a nice refrigerator. The living/dining area was large enough to accomodate a table with room to seat 6 for dinner. The two bedroom suites were generous, with each having in-suite private bathrooms and ample closet space. They also contained ceiling fans, which was nice. The larger of the two bedrooms included a balconey which gave it a nice indoor/outdoor feeling. Again, since we were the first to rent this home, I should mention that there were a few things that were still being worked on. Everything was brand new at the time of our visit, but the owner let us know in advance that he needed to do a bit more work on minor stuff like putting in towel racks in the respective bathrooms, putting up more curtains, etc. I'm confident that by the time you make your reservations these issues should be resolved, as my experience has been that whenever I've encountered any problem whatsoever, the property management lady has been quick to respond and has a very professional and pleasant attitude. All in all, I'd give this property my highest recommendation. We had a great time here.
