Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 5)

This is a superb condo, well located, clean and family friendly. This is the perfect spot for your vacation.

The complex (Windrush) is oceanfront, the beach is clean and quiet. The pool is heated and there is also a hot tub and a small exercise room.

The condo has a newly remodeled kitchen with all the amenities. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. The living area has a large patio door which make the space sunny. (Wi-fi, Cable, Dvd player).

The master bedroom has a walk in closet and private bathroom. The other bedroom has twin beds and there is a second bathroom.

Walking distance to the world famous Ron Jon's, restaurants, grocery stores, bars with entertainment and the Cocoa Beach Pier. A short drive to Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center, golfing, casino ships and zoo.

15 min. from Melbourne airport

Nous avons demeuré 3 mois et demi au Windrush à Cocoa Beach de janvier à mi-avril 2013, nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. La preuve, nous y retournons l'an prochain au même endroit. Il y a beaucoup de commodités, la piscine est à 3 minutes, les magasins sont très près, pour le magasinage c'est parfait. La plage est privée ou presque. Le condo était propre et il nous a satisfait.

Convivial, relaxant et seul sur la merveilleuse plage (ou presque!)

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à ce condo. C'est un coin vraiment charmant. Il est très bien situé: près de la piscine, de la plage et de l'épicerie. C'est facile de s'y rendre et de se divertir, cinéma Imax, magasins, Kennedy space center et autre... Le condo est confortable, vraiment propre et offre toutes les commodités (lave-vaisselle, laveuse, sécheuse, glacière, jouets, chaises de plage).
Nous y retournerons à nouveau! C'est certain!!!

very cozy and clean unit - well equiped -

We just had to come back at Windrush for a second year in a row because we (my 2 toddlers, my wife and I) had such a great time last year! The pool is heated, beautiful and quiet but our favorite place was the beach because the place is so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was extremely clean and fully equipped. Easy accessible with the strollers since it is on the first floor . The pictures does not accurately reflect the rental's appearance : we were surprised to find it was so much better then what we saw on the listing photos. We felt safe living there and the neighbors were very friendly. We really enjoy sitting on the terrace while the kids were napping. The owner was very reliable and thoughtful (there was everything we needed in the condo, even baby stuff!). It was so easy to rent a car at the airport and at a reasonable price but, every services we needed was at a walking distance from the unit : grocery, beach, pool, restaurants and stores which made it so easier. We went to the Ron Jon every day when we took our morning walk with the kids. I would highly recommend this unit to families, couples (there's 2 bedrooms) or anyone who is looking for a safe place to decompress and enjoy the sun.
Put this one on top of your list !!!

Great week at the beach

My family really enjoyed our week at the beach! The condo is pretty, comfortable, well stocked and in a great location. My kids loved the heated pool and how close we were to the beach. The owner was easy to work with and answered questions promptly. Even though Windrush is a fairly big property, the pool was never crowded. Some days we had it to ourselves! The only thing we missed was internet access in the condo. It's available at the pool and clubhouse, but when my husband had to do some work, we were wishing it was in the condo, too. Highly recommend the condo and hope we can return in the future!
