Beautiful secluded cabin located near Blue Rock State Forest and AEP ReCreation Land. On site activities include fishing, swimming, canoeing, campfires and relaxing in the peaceful hammock and hot tub.
Ammenities include woodburning fireplace, radiant floor heating, air conditioning, two full baths, three sleeping areas including a queen bed in master bedroom, an open loft with two full beds and a bunkroom with two bunkbeds in the finished walkout basement. Other ammenities include a Weber gas grill, satelite TV, DVD/VHS player, full washer/dryer, complete kitchen appliances with table service for 8, telephone/answering machine (sorry, no high speed internet available at this time).
Local area attractions include visiting The Wilds Nature Preserve, Longaberger Basket Company, Blue Rock State Park and Blue Rock State Forest (4500 acres that are great for hiking/fishing/swimming/hunting), AEP ReCreation Land (60,000 acres for hunting/fishing/biking), visit nearby antique and pottery shops in Zanesville or have dinner and ice cream at one of the local favorites. Muskingum River system offers boating, fishing or visiting the locks during the summer months. Cableas retail store is located about 1 1/2 hours away and the heart of Ohio Amish country is approximately 2 hours.
