'Athena' is a 100 m2 house overlooking the sea. It's located in a very beautiful private 'village' in the south of Mykonos where all the best sandy beaches are.

We enjoy the only private beach of the island, a 25 m swimming pool, our own tavern and a children's playground. Free parking for guests' cars and bikes is available near the entry, and a reception for any kind of information.

This beautifully decorated house is surrounded by hibiscus bushes. Its terrace overlooking the sea has an exquisitely carved marble table that sits 10 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the living room.

The living-dining room, the kitchen and a bathroom are on the ground floor. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a cooking stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a big fridge and a freezer, a toaster, an electrical kettle, a coffee machine etc. A TV set and different children games are available in the living room.

The 4 bedrooms are on the upper floor. One has a double bed + a balcony with sea view. The other 3 have two single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with showers, and a washing machine.

We are great fans of beautiful Mykonos, its night life, great restaurants, different sandy beaches, white houses, numerous museums and interesting cultural life.

The fabulous archaeological island of Delos is nearby, it only takes a 30min boat ride to visit.

Owner / Property Manager purchased this bungalow in 2001

The house is compact (100 m2), beautifully furnished and decorated, easy to manage, and quiet.

It has beautiful views and a artistically carved big marble table on the veranda for outdoor meals.

What makes this bungalow unique

Our Resort is located on one of the most beautiful spots of Mykonos.

- We enjoy the only 'private' beach of the island.

- Our restaurant is one of the best of Mykonos. Chef Miran came from Dijon, France and serves an exquisite authentic greek cuisine and a few french favourites.

- The pool-bar serves coffees, drinks, coctails and snacks.

- You can also order drinks on the beach.

- A mini-market is conveniently open every day until late, next to the restaurant.

- Cars are not allowed in the compound (they can only drop luggages). There is a free parking lot at the entry.
