Stands in 30 hectares of own farmland and surrounded by lawn, olive groves, vineyards and ample grounds. Comfortably and elegantly furnished. Near the village of La Bruna.

Wine museum with gourmet restaurant at Torgiano. La Bruna is the local village (2 km.). Spoleto is at 10km, Spoleto all-arts international Festival late June to mid-July and very close to Deruta ceramics (sale and manufacture of beautiful ceramics since the Middle Ages). Many sports in the vicinity including rafting, canoeing, horse riding.

As we book our vacation this year in Italy, we look back in fondness at our stay at your house in Umbria. The location is excellent and the addition of a pool will go a long way to satisfying most clients. Your furniture is fabulous but can be a trifle hot in the summer. All the best, Andrew.

Nous (2 familles avec de grands enfants - 10 personnes) avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques dans cette superbe propriété : beaucoup d'espace, vue superbe, belle piscine, accueil chaleureux et surtout informatif par Bernard, grande disponibilité et serviabilité de Franco ("concierge").
De nombreuses villes et villages médiévaux à visiter dans les environs et même Rome est accessible. Voiture indispensable.
