Stunning villa with heated swimming pool. Set in its own 3 acres of land in a peaceful romantic location with spectacular views across almond and olive groves to the mountains. Even the Mediterranean sea can be seen on a clear day. Finca Bascella was built in 2003 to a high standard with cavity walling and double glazing at at an envied end of track position 525 meters above sea level. Yet it is only 1km from the main road. This well designed and equipped south facing individual villa has 3 generous bedrooms all with magnificent views. 2 Large bathrooms plus a guest toilet. Well equipped beamed ceiling kitchen. The lounge also has a beamed ceiling where air con and UK sat TV is installed. A secluded villa terrace with ample seating. Plus a huge 60sq meter terrace with 8 seater table plus a 4 x 3 meter covered pergola. The garden is well established and has lawn at the rear of the property with palm trees, lavender, roses, jasmin plus the wonderful night scented dame de noche.

Finca Bascella is fortunate to be situated in the Sierra Nieves national park in a peaceful romantic atmosphere. The area has a prodigious amount of wild life including wild Boar, Deer and Ibex. Bird watchers will have a field day spotting Golden Eagles, Kestrels, Vultures, Kite, Nightingales, Woodpeckers, Hoopoe and the very colourful Bee Eaters. Finca Bascella named after my black Arabian horse is just 1km from the pretty hamlet of Jorox which has a cave bar / venta. The white villages of Alozaina and Yunquera are just a 5 min drive away. Both have several bars restaurants where you can sample typical Spanish dishes and of course wine. During the year there are many fiestas in the surrounding villages. The area is ideal for walkers, Mountain biking and horse riding. Finca Bascella would suit guests wanting a tranquil base who wish to have the maximum options open to them as possible. Coin a sizeable town is 25 mins away. Marbella beaches and all activities just 40 mins as is Ronda.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates are inclusive of all bed linen, towels, (including beach towels) electricity, water and after cleaning services. For bookings over seven nights duration a linen change is included. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Bookings of one week and over receive a welcome pack. A pick up service from Malaga airport (55 minutes away) is provided if required for a fee of 40 euros. The owners are available to baby sit advise or assist if desired.
  • A deposit of 100 pound or 100Euros secures your booking. The deposit is returned within 10 days of the renting period ending, providing there is no loss or damage to the property. The rental payment is due six weeks prior to holiday commencement. Should cancellation occur after final payment then the total amount payable (less deposit) will be based as follows
    41-29 days before holiday commencement 75% refunded. 28-15 days before holiday commencement 50% refunded, 14-1 day before holiday commencement 25% refunded
  • All bookings to be made via the owner Jackie Saunders. Payment can be made in Euros or British pounds.

A set of double doors leads on to the terrace from the hallway. 4 single padded sunbeds and a double sunbed are provided. Plus a terrace heater.
