Welcome to 'Angie's Lovely Villa', our privately owned spacious villa at Aviana Resort, a tropical paradise in the heart of Central Florida, located on US 17-92 just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. It is a luxurious gated community with a clubhouse that offers a community pool and spa, exercise facility, kids playground and much more. It's just a short drive from Champions Gate Golf Courses, with easy access to I-4 for Outlet Shopping Malls and all other attractions in Orlando. Our beautiful villa is fully equipped to make your Florida vacation enjoyable. This villa is fully air-conditioned, with a large open living area with a leather sectional, a 47' LCD flat screen TV, and a blue-ray player. The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you would need to make a quick snack, or prepare an entire family meal. Take a dip in our pool. The pool is fully screened with a lanai area, patio table with chairs and two loungers for your enjoyment.
