This secluded cottage has two bedrooms including a master suite with a king size bed with a flat screen TV. The guest room with two twin beds, TV and DVD player. Perfect for your family or for two couples! Each room has its own beautifully appointed adjoining bathrooms with all of the amenities of home! The Living Room also has a pull out sofa to accommodate larger parties with a 32' Flat Screen TV and DVD player for you to enjoy. The home features a beautifully decorated kitchen with breakfast room to seat 6! Come outside to relax on the spacious deck, kick back and fill your eyes with amazing views of the lake and Choctawhatchee Bay or take a stroll to your Castaway Dock with Adirondack chairs, welcoming you to peace and serenity! Come see all that Sandestin has to offer!

Maximum occupancy is 6, Non-Smoking unit. Minimum rental age is 25.

This home is located in the quiet relaxing Fairways community on the bay side of Sandestin. The beach is just a short drive across the street. You can also walk, jog or bike there using the tunnel that goes under Highway 98. This home does not offer shuttle service.

Great Location

This cottage was exactly as shown in the property description. It was neat and clean with a good location and a terrific view. During prior vacations, we have stayed in other units in the Fairways section of Sandestin. They were all nice but this one beats the others. We would certainly recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to vacation at Sandestin. We should also mention that Sandestin in general is a great place to stay.

Exactly what you want!

This rental is exactly as pictured and stated! Wonderful home in a quiet area of Sandestin. Everything is very well maintained and was in great working order. As a family of four this was the perfect rental for us. I would recommend renting bikes as the closest pool is a little bit of a hike for young kids. My family really enjoyed using all the bike paths at the resort. The beach was a little crowded for our liking, but there are numerous public beaches around. The tennis facility at Sandestin was also very nice. We would definitely rent this unit again!

The perfect place to settle down for a vacation. The resort was in superb condition and the amenities were always available. The realtor(don't know If can say the name) was there for my family and I 24/7 with all the answers for my questions. Amazing weather and the best vacation I have been on in a while. I will never settle for anything less then homes like this on vacations again. Thank you for the wonderful time!!! 10/10 rating

Our second stay here

Last spring my friend and I stayed in this cottage and loved it, so we made the trip again this year. Nestled in the tall, shady pines, we find it to be the perfect place to stay. There's plenty of sun from the 2 level deck as well. The panoramic view from the deck chairs is gorgeous! Ducks and turtles are eager to swim up to the edge of the deck. The inside is open and bright with windows that wrap around for another look at the view outside. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is spotless and updated. The neighborhood is the perfect place to take a walk or ride a bike, and close to all the activities of Destin/Sandestin Resort. The property manager couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I plan to return next year, hopefully for 2 weeks! Recommended for families, couples, girls retreat.
