Welcome to Via Brezze, a magnificent 1928 two story stucco walled villa. The inviting comfortable wicker furniture and soft pale yellow walls are a recipe for a summer vacation all year round. The dining room has french doors leading out to the beautiful patio and pool. The large patio offers two levels and different seating areas surrounded by a explosion of colorful flowers and tropical plants. The carpeted living room has a working fire place. There is a well equipped chef's kitchen with gas stove, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen is the washer/ dryer and a bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom. The upstairs is all wood floors with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The remaining full bathroom is downstairs. The entire property is walled & gated, and in the back there is a huge and very private fenced in area for your pets and children to run free and be safe.

The house features 4 flat screen TVs,(one in each bedroom, and living room with DVD, stero, cable and internet access. The house has central AC, heating and ceiling fans in almost every room, and a beautiful working fire place.

Wow! What a wonderful home in West Palm Beach. It offers everything one could want including being "dog friendly"! The owners and the property manager were great. They did everything to ensure that our stay would be just what we were looking for. It is well located so that shopping and dining were within walking distance and within a short drive you will find many attractions....gardens, zoos, butterfly world, museums.....A West Palm Beach "must stay".

My husband, dog and I spent a week here in March. We had wonderful weather and the home is charming. It is "old FL" at its best! Within walking distance of shopping and dining and a short car ride from all that south Florida has to offer. The manager and owners were so helpful making sure that we had everything we could want to make our stay everything it should be. What a wonderful place!

we spent at this beutiful house 1 week the pictures you see is excactly what it is "a clean spottles comfortable house on 2 floors and a very nice pool area" we spent most of the day in the pool and house.
the strret is on a dead end very quiet and safe, highly recomended for all ages

The house is beautifully decorated in old West Palm Beach style, and is in very nice neighborhood. Wonderful pool and lovely landscaped areas around the pool. Perfect for our dogs and friends. Property manager is very nice and helpful. Property is close to City Place, with wonderful shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this property to everyone, especially with traveling dogs.

Great House

Great, cool, relaxing house in the Historic District of West Palm. The pool area is a wonderful place to hang out. Super deck, flowers, and palm trees. A mellow neighborhood that is arty and up-and-coming. Location is perfect if you are looking for beaches, downtown, supermarket--all very close by. The property manager helped us out with a last-minute reservation, and worked hard for us to make our trip happen and our stay completely enjoyable. Both the property manager and owner are wonderful people. We'll be back!
