Our villa sits on the quiet hills above the bay, with breathtaking views of Cala Comte, and sunset. Cala Salada is one of the best beaches in Ibiza with breathtaking views of sunset. This sheltered bay is popular spot for families and private yachts. The shops and bars of San Antonio are a short 5 min drive away, and Ibiza town is 15 mins on the new road. There are great restaurants and bars on our doorstep.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices for renting the villa are in Euros, calculated on a weekly basis, and includes basic cleaning costs, with daily cleaning available on request. Rentals typically run from Saturday to Saturday. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. A cleaning and damage deposit of1000 euros will be required when the balance is paid. The rental rate includes linen, bath and pool towels but does not including cleaning charges. Our standard cleaning charge is 100 euros. Long lets are available at a discount. Please contact us for further details. Note the pool is not heated. Please also note that the property may not be suitable for very young children, due to unguarded pool access.

Fantastic Place

Stayed at this villa, July 24 to August 1, we were 2 couples. The place is fantastic,the pictures really don't do it justice.

Most places are either really huge or have that rustic old time feel to it. This villa has a modern decor and just enough room not to feel crowded. The pool area is great, we spent many a night drinking wine and swimming.

The owner was always very responsive and accomodating to any questions I had. The transactions were smooth and seamless. we met the property manager and followed him to the place, a car is definitly needed.

Would definitly stay here again, you would not go wrong if you decide to rent this property.

Stunning Apartment

This villa ticks all of the boxes. I spent a week there with my wife in September this year and we had a fantastic time.

The villa itself has been developed to a very high specification and is far bigger than the pictures we had seen suggested. Although there were only two of us, the place could have comfortably supported a family / group of friends of 5-6 without feeling cramped. The decked pool area is a good as many we have found at various 'boutique' hotels in the Balaeric Islands. Sunset drinks on the slightly raised Gazebo area watching the sun come down over the ocean quickly became a habit that we were sorry to break at the end of our week.

Location wise you also couldn't ask for much more. Although the villa itself is situated in the hills offering unspoilt tarnquility for a relaxing break, a short 5-10 minute drive gets you into the heart of the bars / clubs of San Antonio. A couple of beautiful cove style beaches are even closer if you can drag yourself away from the pool.

Overall this was very much a 5 star experience and we will definitely be back for a return visit sometime soon.

My family and I (2 x adults + 2 x young boys ) stayed at Casa Laguna for one week in July 08. I expected the house to be nice , but the photo's didn't do it justice ! It was beautiful with the most spectacular view of the sea . We are big Ibiza fans and normally villa's are rustic (a bit shabby) or go for the wow factor ( completely unsuitable for children) .Casa Laguna has achieved the perfect balance of chic vs. home comforts. The owners have thought of everything including a pool that doesn't get too deep , a Morrocan day bed with the perfect view, plenty of shaded areas for midday sun , ipod , wifi and home entertainment system , a well equipped kitchen and relaxing outside dining area . There is even a play area for the children . The location is perfect if you want the madness of San Antonio or hanging out at the beach . The only negative I can think of is the road down to the villa . A sturdy car is needed to navigate the potholes , but with a bit of practice..... We would definitely love to return next year . THANKS !!!

Wir, 5 erwachsene Personen, verbrachten im Mai `09 eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Villa. Die Fotos entsprechen voll den Gegebenheiten und das Haus entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Die Villa ist einfach wunderschön.
Jeden Morgen nahmen wir unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse ein, bei traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer, Zeit zum Verweilen und Geniessen. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet, es ist alles da was benötigt wird.
Nach unserern Ausflügen auf der Insel genossen wir den Sonnenuntergang auf der eigenen Terrasse, weg vom Trubel; einfach traumhaft!
In 5 bis 10 Autominuten ist man am Strand, beim Einkaufen oder beim Bummeln in San Antonio.
Wir können diese Villa nur lobend empfehlen.
Der Verwalter bot uns auch einen privaten Taxiservice (z.B. Downtown oder zum Restaurants) als auch private Bootsausflüge an. Dafür reichte leider unsere Zeit nicht.
Zusammenfassend: einfach Top!!
