Located right on Banderas Bay, this condo has spectacular views of the ocean and bay. The large outdoor patio with a gas bbq grill, patio table/chairs and hammock make it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea, take an afternoon siesta in the hammock or enjoy margaritas as the sun sets. The condo size makes it very conducive to a family vacation or a friends get away. The open kitchen connects into the living room which then leads through floor to ceiling sliding doors right onto a spacious patio with views of the beach and ocean beyond. The sliding glass doors (with screens) can be opened completely to create an unlimited outdoor atmosphere to the unit. You will never be without the majestic sound of the ocean.

WiFi in condo, Satellite Flat Screen TV, Weekly Maid Service. Secure foyer with building manager on-site Monday-Friday. Private pool for condo residents looks out onto the bay. The beach has palapas to shade you from the sun as well as lounge chairs for condo residents.

It is situated on a semi-private beach away from crowds and vendors about 10 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Nothing separates you from the beach but a beautiful swimming pool. From the large balcony you can watch the dolphins and whales in the bay. This gated secure condo is on the bus line to town and taxis are available. Weekly maid service is included.
