This cozy & comfortable beach unit is a beautiful new ground floor unit in South Mission Beach which is well equipped with all new furnishings to offer maximum comfort and enjoyment for all guests. The living space is comfortable and casual and opens up directly to the outdoor patio area so that you can enjoy the perfect weather that Southern California is famous for.

The bedroom offers a queen size bed, private bathroom with a custom travertine shower, full size closet, and television with cable. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat-screen high definition 50' TV as well as a sleeper sofa to provide additional sleeping space. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with every item you will need to make your meals while the outside patio offers a gas grill and an outdoor dining table set for you to sit and enjoy the warm California sunshine.

Additional features include a garage with one parking space with entry straight into the unit. This home is also equipped with state of the art heating, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer.

Just a few steps away are both the beach and the bay and within a short walk are terrific restaurants, shopping, and an amusement park complete with oceanfront roller coaster. This vacation retreat is a great place for couples or small families looking to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer.

We had a great and relaxing vacation! The house is in a great location and we spent a majority of our time on the patio! The house was very clean and had all your amenities. Great vacation!

My family and I had a great time. Really nice beach place, so much better than staying in hotel. Great to have the kitchen to make quick meals. Walking distance from everything in Mission Beach. We had our 1-year-old with us and it was perfect. Would totally recommend this place - management was all over it when we needed something.
