Located on a cliff on the East End of St. Croix, Villa Paradiso boasts one of the most spectacular ocean views on the island. Completed in 2011, this brand new home has spectacular, million dollar views that will delight even the most discerning traveler. The villa offers three separate living areas with their own terraces allowing couples to enjoy maximum privacy. There are breathtaking ocean views from each of the 3 bedrooms and private patios.

Tastefully decorated with interesting antiques, four poster beds and bright Caribbean colors, the home is a perfect retreat for two or three couples. The great room opens to the spacious terrace with open air dining and outdoor recliners. The knife edge saline pool blends with the ocean and the underwater benches are the perfect spot for sipping cocktails and watching the sunset .

We are sorry but the property is not suitable for children. Children must be 16 years or older. We are firm on this.

The villa has a whole house generator in case of power failures.

Netflix movies and a Wii station are available.

About Colette Diegel

We are a family of four from Minnesota. My husband Tim, is still working so we are happy to rent our home to others who would enjoy it. We have two daughters,Clare and Shannon, aged 27 and 28. My Dad from Ireland is a regular visitor also. He is 91!

Why Colette Diegel chose St. Croix

We choose the site because of the staggering view. We had a condo at the Reef nearby and would drive up and dream of the home we would build. Our dreams came true in 2011.

What makes this villa unique

The privacy of the location is wonderful. The house was built with three distinct guest suites with their own private balconies where couples could retreat to for some quiet time. There is ample deck space for communal activities and the pool is knock out focal point for the whole house.

This place is perfect, if you're considering a visit you should do it.

It's very accommodating for a large group, we had 5 people with us and we had plenty of room to spread our wings. A few highlights would be: the large kitchen which is very nice for preparing meals, the pool which is perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view, and the outdoor sink near the gas grill which is very convenient.

The house opens up very nicely so you're able to use the breeze instead of air conditioning to stay cool.

Since my wife and I are runners we spent each morning running on the trails which lead to Point Udall, the trails are easily accessed from the house by walking or running. We also climbed goat hill which is off the same trail system.

Plenty of good restaurants within 15 minutes, even more within 25 minutes.

The home is beautifully decorated, but doesn't feel overly upscale or pretentious. It's just a really, really nice home.

Renting was very easy and the person that manages the property could not have been any nicer or more helpful.

From what I could tell, this is one of the nicest homes to rent on the island.

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We loved it. We'll be back (and for much longer than a week as soon as we can).

I was lucky enough to be a guest at Villa Paradiso this past August and I cannot say enough amazing things about this incredible property! The villa is beautifully designed and luxuriously appointed, with amazing ocean views and a secluded, peaceful location. The villa enjoys easy access to the local beach, but the views from the terrace and private pool were hard to beat! Not a detail is overlooked by the owners -- I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing Place to Stay

This is the nicest place I have ever stayed. The views are the best part from every room in the house. Each room and section has a balcony with great views of the bay. You couldn't ask for anything more.


All the amenities in the house are very nice, clean, and new.

The island itself is a hidden gem of the USA. Great hiking, ocean rentals, Buck Island, food, beaches, mountains, and shops. The very festive is casino right down the road from the house.

The most beautiful, secluded beach I have ever been to is a 10 minute walk away. I have never seen more than 3 other people on the beach at the same time.

I highly recommend this rental and I am looking forward to going back again.

My friends and I stayed at Villa Paradiso last week to celebrate a birthday. I cannot begin to describe how amazing this Villa is. Everything is immaculate. Views are UNMATCHED!! The owner is incredibly sweet. If you have the chance, GO. You will not be disappointed!!! We loved it and had a spectacular time!

The villa was exactly as pictured and the location was quiet and picturesque. Bobbie and Colette were so very helpful and friendly and really made us feel welcomed to Villa Paradiso. The villa was very spacious and extremely clean, well equipped, and well decorated. We look forward to a return visit to this beautiful villa in the future!!
