***Please note we do not offer nightly vacation rentals. Due to Deed Restrictions One month Minimum Required*** Enjoy ultimate luxury! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 15 x 30 pool (heating option) and 2 car garage was totally remodelled in 2007. The Kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and pool views. You'll love our ultimate entertainment set up, including wet bar area and wine cooler. Three bathrooms have frameless showers and porcelain tile and there is a heated Jacuzzi corner tub in the Master bath. The huge Living/Dining room has hardwood floors, stone fireplace and panoramic pool views as well as Natuzzi leather sofa and love seat and flat screen 42' TV. Our community has a multi-million dollar clubhouse with gym, sauna, reading and card room and there is a deep water marina for boats up to 55'. There are 3 tennis courts with marina views and a private park with seating to fish from or just to enjoy the sunsets.
