Marco Island is a sub-tropical paradise, our home is 5 minutes from the beach and from shopping, and a 15 minute drive to Naples, 30 minutes from Ft. Meyers airport and within a few hours of driving distance of Miami, Tampa, and Orlando
Our beautiful home (sleeps 6 people) enjoy the ease of island living, get up early and fish off the dock, or sleep late and catch a snook at night in the moonlight, enjoy the Florida manatees that frequent out backyard, the ocean, & occasional dolphin that stop by to say hello, along with the many numerous fish. Spend days poolside, and enjoy a nice swim or enjoy the great outdoors, spend your days at the beach, a 5 min drive, Marco has the best beaches in Florida. Our home is equipped with all the comforts of home, including the largest stainless steel sub zero refrigerator on the market, and ceramic wolf cooktop , double ovens, bosch dishwasher, a very nice working kitchen area for entertaining connected to the family room with large tv and wifi. Unwind in the marble master bath, a very large tub that is jetted, and a large shower area with rain heads, shower heads and jets galore. nice sitting areas outside and the lighted swimming pool for a late night swim. Guests of our home can enjoy all the surrounding beaches, shopping and the local markets. We offer additional services to our guests. We can shop for you stay and stock the home for your ease of stay with request of items, such as foods, extra beds, bikes, beach supplies through A Step Away, services , additional fees depending on services and request. We also recommend calling Tiny Tikes Treasures at (239)389-1868, for all baby rental needs, during your stay, or visiting our website at tinytikestreasures for any additional items. Delivery to the home makes it very easy. We can accommodate you, by accepting packages shipped in advance of your stay- please advise us in advance of any items that will arrive before you. Airport services are available, there are many local companies that can pick you up or take you to the Ft. Meyers airport,. Catering is also available in our local area. Please let us know if there is any additional request or needs that we may assist you with.
We allow pets at our home with a non refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet. We also require a charge of $50 for flea spray after each pet leaves Our home if very pet friendly, it is all porcelain ceramic tile and marble in master bath. There is a dog park on the island at Frank Mackle Park. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly. We accept only dogs and de-clawed cats, no other animals allowed. Our home is non smoking, there is no exception to this, please obey our rules and refrain from smoking in our home. Any violation of our non smoking rule, will require the security deposit to be kept and not returned, we will keep 100 percent for cleaning. We do not want any smokers in our home, if you smoke, please find another rental home. Our home is equipped with a King Bed in master, and two Queen beds in each guest suite. The mattress quality are top end, beauty rest , and simmons. they are very comfortable and will accommodate of 6 persons. Should you need beds for additional family or guests, you can rent a rollaway from Tiny Tikes. We will allow two additional twin rollaways in the home, maximum amount of people allowed in our home including children is 10. The kitchen area has a diner style table with booth and chairs, retro- style and very stylish. The family room is attached with a large 60" tv, and games and movies. The two guest rooms share a small hallway, the smaller guest room has a half bath, the larger guest room has a large bath with a pink soaking tub. Outside the guest is an outside shower and access to the pool. The formal area has a table for 4 and a nice sitting area with couch, chair and love seat to crawl up and read a good book, or enjoy family and conversations. The master bedroom has a large desk and a storage closet, the master bath is attached with large walk in closets, fabulous shower head, rain head, jets and his and hers vanity all marble floors and a jetted large tub. All Rooms have a great view of the ocean, you can see the Gulf of Mexico from every room of the home with the exception of one bedroom, baths, and laundry area. The laundry area has a large front loader washer and dryer and utility sink. The views are beautiful of the water from the home. There is a two car garage and extra parking enough for 6-8 cars. Large parking area. The wooden dock is excellent for fishing or sun bathing, You may tie a boat up at the dock, or a rental boat for the week or day. the boat lift is not available and does need repairs, and we ask that you do not use it at time of this rental. We do allow you to use our dock and the dock can be used for a rental tie up for the day. There are local marinas where you can rent a boat for the day or charter a fishing boat or shelling excursion for the day.
We hope you will enjoy our home, it is a very nice clean home and we have lived in it ourselves for many years. It has the feeling of Florida and the great outdoors, we like to keep windows open as long as possible with the many ocean breezes. You may close it up and run the a/c on those hot humid days. In the Winter the temps are so lovely that the fresh air allows for nice cross breezes and with a tropical drink in your hand, relax in the pool, or on the dock enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean and water. There is also a gas grill outside for cooking outdoors. The cooking inside is easy with all new top of the line appliances. Bike riding, kayaking and many activities are avail for your family to enjoy. Welcome & enjoy our home!!!
