A two-story modern home which sleeps 14-16 has the ideal location of being right in the heart of River Road. The infamous “chute” is across the road and guests have private water access on a private lot with picnic table and fire-pit. This 3 bed / 2 bath is located just past the second crossing, across from the famed River Road Chute. An ideal property suited for any gathering. The upstairs features a large open living and kitchen area with two futons that open into doubles. Also on the upper level is the master suite featuring a Full bed and large bath. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a Full bed and one with two bunks and a twin with pull out sleeping 6. There is also a futon downstairs that opens into a double.

Cabin on the Chute is located on the Guadalupe River in New Braunfels, TX. World famous water-park Schlitterbahn in only a few miles away as well as the historic river-town of Gruene, TX. This home is central to the best toobing in Texas and so many amenities in the area!!
