We experienced no water and no damage from hurricane Sandy. Most of Ocean City was untouched by the hurricane. 2241 Wesley Ave. First floor condo of extra-large house on the boardwalk and beach in the middle of the Gold Coast section of Ocean City, NJ. On a corner lot, it offers sweeping views of the ocean, beach, and even the Atlantic City lights. Far enough from the busy section of the boardwalk to be quiet and private yet close enough to walk or ride bikes. Plenty of room for the whole family, bring the grandparents! With 2300 sq ft of living space the home boasts two master suites - each with their own bathroom and king-size beds, two more bedrooms - one for the kids with bunk beds for 4, other with two twins. Garage parking for two cars, driveway fits another two, indoor beach shower. Wrap-around balcony perfect for relaxing with a good book while watching the ocean and people watching on the boardwalk. Also has two private balconies off the master and guest bedrooms with beach/ ocean views. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, cable TV in living room and all bedrooms, HBO and on-demand, Free WIFI/ broadband internet, gas fireplace, large sleep sofa. Quiet, large beach right outside the front door and right between two guarded beaches at 22nd and 24th streets,

Please note;

Security deposit $400

$175 cleaning fee

Off summer-season (October thru April) rentals $300/night weekdays and $400/night Fri, Sat, holidays with 2 night minimum stay unless otherwise indicated in the rate calendar. Or you can choose to use the property for a week for a discounted rate of $1400 ($1700/ wk holiday weeks)

May to September (summer) season rents Saturday to Saturday unless individual arrangements are made. (rates are listed below)

Renters must include a responsible adult over the age of 25 who occupy the property. Please note - we do not rent to school, prom, or senior week groups.

On-Demand cable TV fees will be withheld from the security deposit.

Credit card or Paypal add 2.9% fee. No fee for checks.

Perfect beach house!

The description of the home was exactly what we found when we arrived. Clean and well maintained with all amenities one could hope for. The owner reamined in touch prior to and during our stay providing excellent customer service. I would recommend this property and hope to stay again next year. We loved being on the beach, at the end of the boardwalk. Went to restaurants in Ocean City, Avalon and Somers Point . . . location convenient to all.

Lovely home with a perfect location. Owner was very responsive. You could not ask for a better vacation rental in Ocean City, NJ. It is perfect for kids and families with grandparents or older relatives.

Wow. Just. Wow.

This is an amazing house. The listing doesn't do it justice. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. The location can't be beat - right at the end of the boardwalk so it is quiet, but only 2.5 miles of easy walking/biking to the busy section. We went to celebrate Easter and Passover with our family of 13 and had a great experience. The porch was a lovely place to congregate, the kitchen well-stocked and open - ideal for a group cooking experience. Off season there isn't much open in terms of entertainment, but we were there to just enjoy each others' company and the not so crowded, but delicious, Uncle Bill's Pancake House. The walks on the beach, the exercising on the boardwalk and the glorious home made our week one we will remember for a long time. And we'll be back next year! (Also, the owners are incredibly responsive and absolutely committed to making your stay in the perfect beach house ... well, perfect!)

Wow! What a great week!

Rented this place in February for a week alone with my husband to finish up our writings was such a great idea! The view and access to the beach and the ocean was amazing. During our breaks from writing, my husband walked on the beach and I sat like a cat in one of their comfy chairs soaking up the sun and staring out the window admiring the wondering scenery. A few times, I did transform into an outdoor cat and hung out on the deck to enjoy the sound of the ocean. We also, took walks on the boardwalk and cooked all of our meals in the gorgeous kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The whole trip was about writing, relaxing with my partner, eating healthy food, and getting a little exercise with some beautiful scenery. We are definitely going back sometime in April or May to do some more writing.
