Located in a picturesque valley and within easy walking distance of the beach, this attractively built property is one of only 9 villas that surround an exclusive 75m2 swimming pool within private communal gardens. The villa comprises of two floors with air conditioning and a private roof terrace. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin, a main shower room with bath and toilet, 2 bedrooms have a private sun terrace. The ground floor is open plan, comprising of a kitchen area with fitted appliances, a lounge area with 2, 3 seater settes, television and DVD player, and dining area that seats 6 people, which opens onto a sun terrace with patio set and BBQ facilities. Steps lead to the pool area from the terrace where sun lounges can be used. There is also a shower room and toilet on this floor. Located on the Bodrum peninsula and within a 10 minute walk from the villa is the beautiful village of Yalikavak, which boasts sandy beaches, restaurants, shops and a marina.

The village of yalikavak is a family / couple friendly, traditional turkish holiday resort which has 2 sandy beaches each within a 10-15 minute walk from the villa.There are many restaurants and bars that cater for a wide variety of tastes including English,freshly caught seafood,Italian and Mediterranean dishes. The main street has plenty of shops that vary from a bakers,delicatessen,souvenir and car hire. There are many supermarkets in yalikavak, the larger one being in the marina which again is in walking distance, and is called Migros. Every thursday there is a bazaar in the village centre which sells everything including locally grown fruit and veg, designer clothing, fabrics and hand crafted ornaments, here you get the chance to haggle and walk away with a bargain. The Marina has further shops and restaurants including a local artist, and a harbour where you can watch the fishermen sail back to shore and unload their catch, while you relax and unwind in the warmth of the sun.

Airport Transfers: We can arrange for a dedicated chauffeur driven car or luxury air conditioned minibus to pick you up immediately after you exit arrivals at Bodrum airport and take you straight to our villa. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. The cost will vary between £35 (up to 4 passengers) and £45 (over 4 passengers or more than normal luggage amounts such as bikes, sailboards etc.)

Car Hire: We can also arrange for a car to be waiting for you at Bodrum Airport outside arrivals either with a driver to take you back to our villa or for you to drive yourself. We can provide you with all the directions you will need to get to our villa and some useful tips about driving in Turkey (drive on the right). However the journey is very straight forward and driving in Turkey is Quite easy especially if you have ever driven as a tourist in France or Italy! The cars we can offer are all late models, various sizes and come with air conditioning as standard. The cost varies according to the season and length of rental but will be somewhere between £16 and £35 per day depending on size of vehicle. If you contact us and request we can negotiate a price for you and then you can make your decision or alternatively we can provide email addresses of the main car hire agencies for you to contact and make your own arrangements.

Stayed in this lovely spacious villa for 10 days. Clean, well furnished and on a friendly complex, could not wish for a better time in Turkey. If you don't want to relax by the pool then a wander to the beach is a 10 minute stroll. We took a trip to Ephesus (did a coach tour but could probably have driven as was a long but straight forward journey) and this was extremely worth it. Also took a trip to Kos and here too was a great day out. Drove to Bodrum, Turgetries, Gumusluk and Didim. Parking at the Villa was no problem at all. Cooked once as was so cheap to eat out at the seafront and even ate dinner on the beach one night (Sofias aegean cuisine). This sunny villa is in a great location and would recommend it for your trip to Turkey. Hope to go back some day soon.

We had a great time here! Beautiful and clean villa with everything you need. Restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, as well as 2 beaches, although we spent the majority of the time around the pool relaxing. Great for a family holiday as quiet and friendly, but a short and cheap bus ride away if you want to get into Bodrum. We also did a 2 day excursion to Pamukkale and Ephesis. A local market is held on a Thursday if you want to perfect your haggling!
Would definitely recommend staying here, the owners were helpful and friendly as were the other people staying on site! Thank you :o)
