There are 4 bedrooms, all which have a lanai. Three bedrooms occupy the 2nd floor. The Master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor. Sunbathe on decks, watch the Block Island Ferry breeze by or enjoy happy hour sunsets.
The first floor offers a large, open gaming/living room with a 1/2 bath and slider to the outdoor shower. Finishing off the 2100 sq feet of living space is the laundry area and two car garage with additional parking for your boat, or other cars.
Our home sits near the end of the peninsula across the street from the access road to our semi-private beach. We are a two-minute walk from charming Jim’s Dock restaurant (BYOB!!), Skip’s Dock, a fresh seafood market and bait shop. The back yard overlooks the State Pier Beach and all of what Snug Harbor has to offer.
Enjoy our neighborhood fishing dock or fish off of the rocks of the mile long jetty. Enjoy walks, kayaking, paddleboarding, surfing, bird watching in the salt marsh, which all is just a short walk from our back door. For more excitement, people-watch at East Matunuck State Beach, located a half mile up Succotash Road. We are a mile away from the East Matunuck Oyster House. This vacation home is ideal for families with children and traveling with extended relatives. It sleeps 10 comfortably.
