Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, the main floor has open Living/dining area, kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar, a half bath, and one bedroom suite with full bath, walk in closet, and access to main floor balcony . Upper level with a spacious loft, and the second bedroom suite with full bath, walk in closet, and a private balcony. Fully and beautifuly furnished to truly be your home away from home, including air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 cable TVs, DVD player, BBQ charcoal grill, all bedding, linens, and towels. Only a short hallway walk to two large sun drenched decks on each side of the building with fire pits and views of the City and Lake Michigan waterway channels. Short stroll down to the boardwalk, marina, restaurants, and shops. No Pets, No Smoking.

Only steps away, within the Condo complex are Sweet Temptations for Ice Cream, Sam's Taco, Culvers, and Jimmy John's. Also on the grounds are dry cleaners and nail / beauty spa, among other shops. Across the street are Starbucks, Applebees, and Wallgreens, as well as several other shops in two strip malls.

A short walk to parks, boardwalk, marina, harbor, and downtown Grand Haven. Boating, charter fishing, biking, outdoor cafes, great restaurants and shops all close by. Such a wonderful place to stay. We were very pleased to see the descriptions were accurate and the condo looks just like the pictures. We were in town for our son's wedding and the location was perfect. The comfort was key, we felt right at home. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to maybe return sometime in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time! The building and condo are well maintained and I felt right at home! We took two small kids with us and there were no problems! CLose enough to the beach without the added cost! Will go again!
