The resort is guarded with 24 hour man gate, equipped with a fully staffed clubhouse with WI-FI, heated pool, sauna room, game room, excise room, business center and other vocational facilities. The resort is about 3 miles to Disney and close to all of the attractions in Orlando. It is located in the center of Route 192 district where you and your family can enjoy a large selection of restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, mini golf and games, golf courses, and other attractions.
This elegant and spacious 7 bedroom / 6 bath home is nestled in palm-fronded landscape at the Emerald Island resort, which has everything that you and your family could need to make this vacation the best ever - and one that you'll share happy memories about for years to come.
The villa is sit around a large open space with open back yard view. The pool area is built with covered lanai with plenty of pool furniture, gas grill and outdoor shower so that you and your group can enjoy the pleasant pool side party.
The family room has a ceiling fan and a brand new 47” flat screen TV, and each room is equipped with ceiling fan, TA and DVD combo. The high-speed internet Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire villa.
The game room is equipped with air conditioning so that your group can enjoy the game time any time you want. There are cable TV, full size slate pool table, and air hockey in the game room.
The villa is with fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. Extra linen, blankets, and towels are stored in the walk-in closets for your use.
Clubhouse
A shuttle service is available from the club house to and from the theme parks and attractions (ask the staff at the club house for times and details). However we do recommend having a rental car to explore the nearby attractions as well as other locations in Central Florida.

For any golfers in your party, the fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is just a few minutes away. There are many other world renowned golf courses designed by some of the golf masters within 30 minutes’ drive, such as Grand Cypress Golf Club (Jack Nicklaus), Orange Lake Country Club (Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay), Walt Disney World Golf Courses (Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, Joseph L. Lee), Celebration Golf Club (Robert Trent Jones), Champions Gate Golf Resort (Greg Norman), Orange County National Golf, etc.
Rental Policy
1. $ 300 deposit is required at the reservation.
2. Check in/Checkout: Check-in no sooner than 4pm and check-out no later than 11 am.
3. No pets, no smoking. Renter must be 21 years of age or older. The balance of booking cost is due at no later than 60 days before your arrival date. If booking within sixty days of arrival, a full payment is needed after reservation confirmation with rental agreement.
4. Deposit will be held against loss, property damage or other costs incurred, and it will be refunded approximately one week after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property manager.
5. The renter is responsible for the property and expected to take reasonable care of it. All damages and breakages are the legal responsibilities of the renter. Any maintenance or repair of the premises, equipment, amenities or fixtures required due to the misuse of the renter will be charged to the renter.
