Very private waterside condo on the east/bay side of exclusive Captiva Island. My unit is part of an 8 unit condo 2 story building located about 30 feet from the water. Captiva Island village is the centre of this small community and everything that you need can be found within walking distance - the general store and specialty provision store, ice cream and coffee shop, clothing stores and art galleries, sport rentals and many great unique restaurants.

The unit has been recently remodeled, with high ceilings and an open concept livingroom kitchen lanai area with dark hardwood floors and a light interior. The balcony/lanai overlooking the heated pool and bay ocean has a spiral staircase leading to the pool. The front door entrance opens onto a private parking pad and flower and herb garden.

There is onsite 24 hour property manager for any daily needs

The islands of Captiva and Sanibel are very special - known for the famous Ding Darling conservation area, bike paths, fishing, water sports, boating and gorgeous beaches. At the same time you are very close to mainland shopping areas and excellent health facilities. Many visitors rent golf carts and bikes. Captiva is a very safe place for families with children of all ages and also easy for older folks.
