This 2004 built electrically heated pool home has 4 bedrooms+den, 4 full baths with oversized pool deck sitting on a double lot within the deed restricted community of Rotonda West. Walk thru the double front doors to the very open floor plan and high ceilings. The accomodation suits all needs - there are 4 bedrooms+den, each with it's own TV, two are master suites with their own en-suite bathrooms and acces to the pool deck. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom and the 4th bathroom is also a pool bath with its own door to the pool deck. The 5th bedroom can be used as a den/bedroom or extra TV room. The home measures 2,403 square feet under air conditioning and there is an additional 355 square foot covered lanai with a pool.

Rotonda West is a popular deed restricted golfing community, with 99 holes of golf. Multiple beaches, shopping and dining all in the immediate area.

This home has all the necessities and luxuries for a worry free comfortable stay. It delivers on all the amenities advertised. The home was very clean and impeccably maintained
Home is on a large lot that offers privacy and is on a quiet street in the Rotonda. 15-20 minute drive will get you to most area attractions, restaurants and golf courses.
The interior has spacious rooms and a beautiful open concept out to a large lanai and pool area overlooking the golf course.
The pool hot-tub combination offers a great spot for relaxing and/or entertaining friends and family. Solar heating ensures a warm comfortable temperature.
Owners provide a full information package and the Property Manager provided professional friendly service (pool and yard maintenance). Readily available with one phone call.
Boca Grande offers great beaches and shops. Numerous quality golf courses and good restaurants. You will want to try “Stump Pass Grill” for your favorite beer and wings or for more formal dinner try “Zydeco Grille”. They offer authentic Louisiana fare.
Our family hopes to return again, heartily recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Home

I stayed in this home for a week. The home is so clean, and is very spacious. The two master suites are great for 2 couples to have their own private space. This home has all updates electronics, and TV's in every bedroom. A very large lanai area and a separate jacuzzi tub. Have already made plans to go back September of 2012.
