Located between the lagoon and the Mediterranean Sea, this house is a place of rest, calm with beautiful promises of walks by the water, or escapades in the mountains or to nearby Spain. In high season you will appreciate all the tourist infrastructures and animations of the region. The beach is 50 m away, you have a private garden to relax after a swim, take a peaceful sunbath, or have a barbecue with friends and family. The apartment has a sea view; it is modernly furnished, with warm parquet floors in all rooms. Protective barriers have been installed for the safety of toddlers. Excellent séjour

Cadre idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances. Proximité du port de plaisance et plage à 50m. Epicerie à proximité. Quartier calme. Logement agréable (charme d'une maison en bois) offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour 4 personnes. Propriétaire disponible, discrète, accueillante et arrangeante (facilités d'arrivée et de départ). Nous recommandons cette location.

Location agréable, confortable, à deux pas de la mer!

Location a proximité de la plage et de toutes commodités tout en étant au calme: 1 épicerie /boulangerie, restaurant-snack et activités jet ski sur la plage. Agréable endroit pour passer des vacances en famille.
