Great view, nice condo

The condo has direct access to the beach and underground parking. The condo had all the amenities advertised - there was cable and wireless internet. The ocean view from the balcony was great. There was a big pool and children's play area behind the condo between the beach and the condo. The condo was clean and looked just like the photos. There was coin operated laundry in the building on the ground floor. Bring $5 in quarters for washing + drying.
The living room had a sofa-bed.
There were a few pots and pans, plates and utensils. There were tea bags, but no sugar.
Navigation : It is easy to locate this condo from the airport - the key thing is to get the GPS coordinates locked down on your phone or GPS before getting to PR as the address would not show up on any mapping site or software I used.
Attractions : The condo is on a street running parallel to the beach and it is lined with restaurants. Generally the more expensive ones were better... There is a grocery store to the west of the street and a Walgreens just across the street. Driving to Old San Juan / the forts was not a problem with a GPS. We also drove all the way across the island to visit a coffee plantation and had no problems with driving, although the foot hills of the mountain were *extremely* scary.
Beach : This has nothing directly to do with the condo, but when we visited, the ocean was very rough. It wasn't swimmable, though you could stand in the water and let the waves knock you over for fun. I saw people riding jet-skis and para-surfing beyond the swimming buoys. The beach was great for walking on and jogging.
Overall, a great rental.
