Historic Capitol Hill Victorian Home! Fabulous Location!

We had a wonderful experience in DC while stayin in this house. Everything was perfect, the neighborhood, the house, the weather!

My family had the a wonderful stay in the Victorian Home. It's a beautiful place to come home to, even more beautiful than the great photos online! Everything was clean and well maintained, and Dan was helpful with questions prior to our arrival. It was a pleasure to stay in a place that was quiet and safe, and close to the everything. We could walk to the musuems or take the Metro at the Eastern Market that was only a few blooks away. The Eastern Market itself was amazing - great shops and food! Our family loved DC (first time here) and would recommend this propery!

I was not aquatinted with this part of DC. I was a bit nervous because I had made all of the arrangements and had 6 other people to worry about. We got off the metro at Eastern Market on Saturday afternoon and the streets were alive with activity. The house was 2 short block from the Metro. The house was beautiful. As were all the houses in the neighborhood. The rooms were large and perfectly appointed. We wanted for nothing. We went out in the neighborhood there were so many wonderful restaurants. We walked everywhere or took bikes which were for rent just near the house. We cooked at home and had everything we needed. I would stay here again and will recommend Home Away with out the slightest hesitation. I should also like to add that I worked with Olysea at the Capital Hill office. I was in the middle of moving and was not easy to get ahold of. Olysea was wonderful. She made everything so easy. I hope Capital Hill Offices know what a consummate professional they have.
