This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is fully furnished with additional feature including a large screened in lanai pool, no extra cost laundry machines, and a flat screen television. The home has two twin beds, a queen, and a king size bed. The three bedrooms include end tables with drawers, & dressers. Access to the pool is available via the bathroom, living room, and from the Queen size bedroom. Outside - the view from the pool is breathtaking! You'll be glad you didn't miss this one and so will Mickey Mouse! A 24 hour Walmart Supercenter is at the end of the block at the left, right where you would turn into the estate from the main highway containing all major restaurants, theme parks, & attractions Central Florida has to offer.

Very nice villa close to everything

This villa is a nice place to spend your vacation at. It was a bit old fashioned kitchen but the bed rooms, living room and pool area was all good. It is a clean house and everything you need is there. Good, calm neighborhood and a little lake just outside the pool area. We really enjoyed our stay.

The best thing was the owners customer service, They always responded quickly to email, helping out with tickets to parks and answering any questions. So nice people.

I would definitely recommend this to a friend and if we ever visit Orlando again I'd love to stay at this villa again.

Lovely villa perfectly situated for all Disney attractions etc. Quiet residential location backing onto woods and lake though only 2 minute drive to huge supermarket and resaurants of the 192.
Lovely spacious clean accommodation perfect for a family of 4.
Excellent service before and during stay from owner.
Would definately recommend to family and friends and would stay here on our next visit to florida.
Kitchen a little tired but fully functional

House Needs Thorough Cleaning

This house looked like it was in foreclosure. The carpets are soiled (very large black soil marks upon entering the house), there was a gaping hole in one of the kitchen cupboards where a drawer should have been, the microwave had rust in it, the master bathroom had cigarette burns on the counter and floor plus water damage on the floor (the picture of the master bath has a basket strategically placed in front of the shower to hide the damage), the king and double bed mattresses were covered with plastic and lumpy and the screens covering the patio had holes throughout, some the size a squirrel could fit into. This is no elegant house as the description portrays. I have rented in the Orlando and Davenport area and NEVER had an experience such as this.

Good luck getting the owner to return your phone calls. The three numbers he lists are a business that goes directly to voicemail, the second number doesn't have a mailbox set up and the third number is a babysitter that cannot help you.

It is also located in a very depressed area of Kissimmee. It's a least a 25 minute drive to decent restaurants and shopping.
Owner's Response: After being in the vacation and rental business for the past 35 years there always seems to be a guest that can surprise you. This particular guest destroyed a twin bed and does not want to take responsibility for it.They decided instead to paint a picture of our property that is not true. The carpets are not soiled. One kitchen drawer has a face plate missing ( which is on order). As for the other complaints please rest assured when you visit our site, you will find an accurate description, and viewing of our property. We are always here to respond to phone calls. We chose to communicate with this guest through emails because of their unreasonable manner. As far as the neighborhood is concerned, it is lovely and is very close to restaurants & attractions. A relaxing and convenient Vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful time on our vacation at this house. The home was was nestled a fair distance off the highway, but certainly not far. We were worried it was going to be right on top of a major road but it's down another street directly connected to the main road to Disney -- Highway 192. It was far enough away where any highway noise wasn't a problem at all. The house ended up being very close to an entrance of Disney World. The East Gate was right down the street. Highway to Disney has everything on it or leads right to it!
Right at corner from the highway to the house was Steakn'Shake, which were the best burgers with the best prices too by the way, and the Walmart right at the corner as well. :) Best restaurants were Bahama Breeze and Steakn'Shake.

The house was very clean and neat and just like the pics online. Also had lots of park & restaurant information on a table right inside the front door.
Also, The couch was SO unbelievably comfy.
The lake right behind the house was gorgeous. Pool & patio had a great view of the lake in the back.
Overall, house was great and so restful & quiet while being central to everything.
We are definitely coming here again the next time we go to Disney!!

As a last minute thought I wisked away my girlfriend to this Dream Villa I knew this is where I would propose to her and I wanted it to be just right I was more than a little nervous when I turned the key but the Villa was everything it claimed and more We had a great Disney vacation and more importantly a very beautiful moment next to the private pool. A few herons were there Im happy to say we will be returning as husband and wife next year Thank You for a beautiful memory
