Located in the heart of historical downtown Crested Butte, this home built in the early 1900's has loads of historic charm. We are located just steps away from Elk Ave and the free shuttle stop. You will be right in the heart of Crested Butte's amazing and fun summer and winter activities. Take the nearby, convenient and free ski shuttle to and from the world class Crested Butte Mountain Resort and walk to the funky shops and gourmet restaurants just blocks away from your bed.
There is a comfortable elegance in the living room as you relax with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV after a long day skiing or on the rivers, trails or other nearby outdoor activities. You will be 'cooking with gas' in our fully stocked kitchen, and conversations of the days adventures will abound in our comfortable dining area.
This three bedroom, two bath home has an amazing large fenced backyard with a deck and grill for family fun and fellowship with your friends. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and a perfect location for gathering with family and friends and, of course, the family pets are welcome (pet fee required).
Two bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs and one bedroom and one bathroom are downstairs. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a double bed and two twin beds.
We have lots of room for you and your toys. There is plenty of off street parking, which is rare in the Town of Crested Butte. There are five parking spots with an extra long driveway that can accommodate an RV, boat or trailer.

This is a family home purchased in 1976. The family spent summers and ski vacations in Crested Butte. We grew up in Oklahoma, and Crested Butte has always been our home away from home. We have worked hard to make it place we love and are very happy to share it with you.

The house was purchased as a summer home and the family wanted to make sure they would be in a location to enjoy everything Crested Butte has to offer. The house is just one block off the main street of Elk Ave. All the great events that happen in Crested Butte are almost in the backyard.
