Beautiful, southern, ocean front beach house with spacious, classic layout. Located on the Ocean on Ponte Vedra Blvd on the largest lot in Ponte Vedra Beach! This unique home is on a one of a kind, private lot with picturesque views of sand dunes and the Atlantic Ocean. View this from either the upstairs or downstairs covered porches. Then enjoy the sunset from the two story screen porch with fireplace overlooking the garden side pool with beautiful fountain.

This house is a great for a large family get away or quiet beach vacation.

--There are 6 separate bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. (3 Kings, 1 Queen, 4Twin, with plenty of room for additional air mattress or baby beds, if needed).

--There are 2 separate Living Rooms. One upstairs and one downstairs with large wood burning fireplaces and large sliding glass doors to the covered porches that overlook the ocean.

-- There are 2 wetbars, one in each living room, as well as new, large flatscreen TVs w/ DVD players. Small fridge in upstairs bar.

-- Kitchen has all new appliances, sink and countertops!

-- Enjoy meals in the Dinning Room which has beautiful sand dune and ocean views. Or eat outside on the porch on the large picnic table which is great for cookouts and a handful of children still in their wet bathing suits!

-- Beautiful, private in-ground pool with unique fountain centerpiece surrounded by a beautiful garden of flowers and palm trees. Great shallow section for children!

-- 2 Car Garage stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and bikes, kayaks!!!

Pool Area/Outside Porch have chaise lounges, dining tables ,ping -pong table, and foosball.

-- Great Fishing right off the beach!

About Rhyne Cannon

This was my parents house and our family has grown up spending time in Ponte Vedra. Our family is now on its 4th generation of enjoyment of this very special home and beach. We hope you enjoy your visit as much as we do!

Wonderful older home with beautiful architectural features. Multiple living areas, well kept, clean, well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen items, beach and pool toys, everything needed for a perfect stay. Private, path to beach, landscaped yard with pool, beautiful views. Visited with adults but this would be a great house for families with children.

Perfect House with Charm, Character and Ideal Beach Location

We've just come home from a stay at this lovely house where we celebrated a family gathering. What we loved the most about this home is it's charm. This house has all the amenities, lots and lots of space, a beautiful pool and gardens, a nearly private beach front and the warmth and character of a historic home.
The house was very clean, the beds wonderfully comfortable and everything was in perfect working order. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to going back!

Great Home

We had an extended family vacation with 8 kids (1 baby) and 12 adults. The kitchen was really well stocked - very pan, dish, utensil you would need was there. It was great to have several living areas for our large extended family. The view was beautiful. It was easy to get to the beach by the path except for our senior citizen. There were plenty of beach towels and toys.The teenagers especially enjoyed using the kayaks. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed the fountain. Even with unusually cold weather and rain for some of our stay, everyone found enough to do with the pingpong table, foosball, wifi and games. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again.

We had six couples from all over the country meet here for a "Big Chill" gathering. The house was perfect for us. We had the Beach on one side and the pool on the other. The weather was great and accomedations just what we needed. While the house is an older home it was clean and well maintained. It had beach items, a couple of bikes to ride on the beach and what looked like a new pool. We will try and use this house again next year. All the couples agreed it was a great 5 days.
