The traditional Mexican-style kitchen is equipped with filtered water and modern appliances including an ice-maker refrigerator/freezer, gas range, microwave oven, toaster, blender and coffeemaker. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes, glasses, cutlery, wine goblets, tableware and cooking utensils. The adjoining laundry room has a new Energy Star-rated automatic washer & dryer and a state-of-the-art, 'never run out' hot water heater.
The ground floor Great Room encompasses the kitchen, the spacious dining room and a comfortable living/sitting area. It has two walk-outs to a large terrace from which guests can enjoy the professionally landscaped yard with its tropical flowers and coconut palms.
New in January, 2013 is a beautiful blue mosaic tile salt water swimming pool, the only one in Puerto Escondido. A salt water pool has many benefits, including silky smooth water which is easier on the skin, eyes, hair and clothing and has little or no taste or smell of chlorine.
