Our newly renovated 3 BD/2.5 BA townhouse is perfect for you and your family! Make yourself feel at home with all new amenities. We are conveniently located in a quiet and relaxing community, 4 miles from Disney theme parks, just off of highway 192, there is a wide selection of restaurants and tourist attractions! In addition, within WALKING distance to Walmart and Old Town. Convenient for you to go home and relax during peak hours!

After your exciting day in the Kissimmee/Orlando area you can come back and relax in our townhome. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with large his/her closet and own full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with large closet and outside full bathroom. The children’s bedroom has a bunk bed (sleep 3) with large closet and outside full bathroom. We have a full kitchen consisting of high quality appliances including cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc., full size washer and dryer, flat screen TVs! located in the living room and every bedroom, free Wi-Fi, cable TV and DVD players, free long distance calling anywhere in the US and Canada and a warm inviting living area to kick back and watch television on our large flat screen TV.

We had a great stay at this property. My wife and I, two boys, and my parents stayed and had plenty of room and were very comfortable. Helen does a great job ensuring you know all you need to at the property. Well stocked with household items, we did not have to buy anything other than our groceries. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at this condo. My wife and I, our 2 boys and my parents stayed and had plenty of room and were perfectly comfortable. Condo had everything we needed, probably first time I hadn't had to buy some household item for a condo. Helen is perfect. Tells you exactly what you need to know and delivery on time and makes the experience easy. Would definitely stay again!

LOVED THIS HOUSE

Anyone traveling to Disney.. This is the house for you!! I just stayed at this house from 4/5/13-4/11/13 w/ my family, including 2 kids (age 1 & 7). This house has everything you need, the kitchen has every appliance, the house is clean & modern, the laundry room in right next to the bedrooms, making it easier to do laundry. Gated & quiet community w/ a nice size pool & a nice community to take a walk in too. There is a park w/ swings for the kids at the end of the street & the neighbors are very friendly too. Helen who is the owner is GREAT!! She kept in contact w/ me via email & explained everything. There is a property manager you can call to help you w/ anything in the house. We had to call him because there was no baby gate, within an half hour I had a baby gate!!! The digital gate & door access is a great feature, no need to look for keys wherever you go. The Walmart is literally on one corner of the road & Dunkin Donuts is on the other! You are in the center of everything you need. Contact Helen for the best vacation property!!!! I will be back to this house for sure!! Thank you Helen!!!!

We are from Costa Rica and had a fantastic stay here, it had everything, is perfect for a family vacation, very close to Universal Studios, Island, Disney, Walmart. It had the best location, is wonderful.
