This luxury waterfront Villa has one of the best location in Cape Coral. It's located right on the wide canal and has a perfect southwest exposure, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The villa has a boat dock and we can offer a boat, that you rent separately, for your easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel, you'll see dolphins and manatees every day.

The Villa has a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, ice-maker etc, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas/electric BBQ-grill.

The villa offers WiFi connection if you want to use your own computer, pad or smarthphone.

Just as advertised, except better!

What a wonderful experience from the booking to check-out. The house was even better than the pictures and Marie from Vacanza was a delight to work with. We loved the location being right on a Canal intersection and easy dive by car to all the area attractions and amenities. Only downside was having to go home when our stay ended :).
