Within a 90 minute drive are the west coast attractions of Busch Gardens in Tampa, Clearwater, St Petersburg and Fort Lauderdale and Kennedy Space Centre, Daytonna & Cocoa Beach on the east coast.
There are over 20 challenging golf course all within a 30 minutes drive, the nearest only a few minutes. Shops and restaurants only minutes way.

Family Room:
This is the centre of the villa. Relax on the luxury designer leather sofas and enjoy some peace and quiet, or entertain yourselves with the fantastic multimedia available including TV, DVD, Playstation 2 and CD player.The family room opens out through the sun drenched patio doors into the decking and pool area. This room like the whole house has luxury carpeting throughout.
Living Room/Dining Room:
The setting of these rooms is more formal than the family room. Relax here and read your favourite book or just get away and have some peace and quiet away from the kids whilst they enjoy themselves in the main family room. Again deluxe designer leather suites are used throughout.
The formal dining table made of solid marble is spectacular enough for any formal family dinner or special occasion.
Master Bedroom:
The Master bedroom continues with the deluxe designer furniture. There is a King Size bed with 2 bedside cabinets. A Dresser with a matching mirror completes the room. If you require peace and quiet to watch your favourite TV programme, you can retreat to this room and watch your own television and dvd. The room also has a massive walk-in closet. The floor is covered in a luxury carpet.
Master Bedroom – En-suite Bathroom:
A luxury Villa would not be complete without en-suite bathrooms. Our Master Bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower that is big enough for 2 people! Additionally there is a sumptuous deep bath to relax, soak and enjoy.

Master Bedroom 2:
The second master bedroom is furnished in the same luxury style as the main suite.
You will find all the same facilities such as a TV, chest of Drawers and a mirror. You also get a built in closet. The floor is again covered in a luxury carpet.
You couldn’t call it a master suite without an en-suite bathroom, so there is also this facility as well. This is quite rare in a lot of villas. In the en-suite there is a Bath/shower with basin and a vanity unit. The flooring to this area is ceramic tile.
Twin Bedrooms:
Each of our twin bedrooms are decorated neutrally to appeal to both old and young alike. Yet again luxury deluxe furniture has been used. You will find a bedside cabinet, TV as well as a built in closet for your clothes and possessions. The floor is again covered in a luxury carpet.
The twin bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom that includes walk in shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the pool area. The flooring to this area is ceramic tile.
Pool:
The luxurious pool measures 28' x 14' and is fully screened. It also has a child safety fence for your family’s protection that will restrict entry to the pool to stop any worries that parents will have around accidents. The pool can be heated if required and has underwater illumination. The deck surrounding the pool is extended to the full width of the villa giving you more space to relax and faces West so you can watch the sun go down from the pool or from the covered patio.
SPA:
Attached to the pool is the fully automatic spa that like the pool has underwater illumination.
Games Room:
Games Room with Pool table, Air Hockey Table, Football Table and Darts Board.
A selection of Board Games is also available.
Kitchen Area:
The kitchen is designed around the designer Oak Cabinetry. The food preparation area consists of a Spacious Double Bowl Sink with a Vegetable Sprayer and Waste Food Disposal Unit to help you prepare the perfect family meal, should you choose not to eat out at one of the many fabulous restaurants.
Storage space is not a problem as there is also a Generous Pantry for Food Storage and large fridge/freezer. You will be able to cook by using the large 30 inch Oven/Range or the Microwave.
When you have finished for the day put your feet up and let the dishwasher take the strain.

Everything has been taken into consideration with this kitchen; everything that a cook and family will require has been thought of and will be provided down to a corkscrew.
Additionally you will not have to search for a launderette as you will have your own facilities with a Washer and Dryer located opposite the kitchen in its own closet.
Kitchen Nook:
If you want the convenience of eating a quick snack or a take out meal in a less formal setting, this is the place for you. This more intimate area will fit the bill as it is situated just next to the kitchen. The flooring to this area is ceramic tile.
