The villa is located opposite the calm, clear and pleasant sea of Anse Cafard beach in Le Diamant. The villa is directly on the beach.
From the outside, the house looks like a chalet, separated in 2 apartments: 1 bedroom apartment of 40sq.m on ground floor and a 2 bedroom apartment of 65sq.m upstairs overlooking this majestic beach.
You are next to the beach and its white sand at your arrival in the villa.
The coconut trees and the blue turquoise sea are less than a minute walking: breathtaking beautiful beach! The town of Le Diamant, with all its amenities, is 3 km away: access through a small shady and flat path that skirts the beach, it takes 15 minutes to go to the town.
Le Diamant is ideally situated in the south, for relaxing holidays at the beach, but it is also the perfect starting point for walks throughout the island: 10 minutes further, you will enjoy the more peaceful and natural setting of Les Trois Ilets.
You can rest there after walks or sports activities, water skiing, scuba diving, steps, golf, tennis, boating, jet ski, etc.
