This bright west facing apartment is set in Rio Mar amongst well kept gardens & pine trees. It has 1 double/1 twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes, drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps, ceiling fans + a safe in the twin room. The bathroom, kitchen & utility area are all fully equipped. The lounge/diner is comfortable with 2 sofas, dining table & chairs, British TV (Sky sports/movies etc.), video/DVD & CD players. There are also CDs, in excess of 40 videos, dvds, games & books for your use. There is a spacious tiled sun terrace to the front of the property (equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers) which overlooks the picturesque communal pool. Tennis courts, 5 aside football, basketball courts & children play area are all available on-site. The long sandy beach is a 15 min walk as are a number of restaurants, bars, small supermarket, chemist and banks. There are 3 major golf courses within a 10 min drive & the towns of Pilar and Torrevieja are 5 & 20 mins drive respectively.

Rio Mar is a residential complex close to the town of Pilar de la Horadada. It is situated to the south of Torrevieja & is very close to a number of lovely beaches, many within walking distance. It is only a 15 drive from Murcia airport or 40 mins from Alicante airport which are both serviced by low cost carriers such as Easy Jet and Ryanair. Murcia Town, to the south is a 40 min drive as is Alicante Town to the north. La Manga, Mar Menor & various golf courses are within a short drive.

  • All prices are per 7 nights stay. An additional daily rate can be arranged over 7 days/under 14.
    Apartment will be available from 2.00 p.m. on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day
    of departure.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per week is payable on booking, with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure. A £100.00 returnable deposit is due on payment of balance. This will be refunded upon safe return of keys and inspection of apartment.
  • Discounts are available for long term rentals.

Surrounding Area.: Pilar de la Horadada, where you will find a large supermarket, banks, chemists and shops etc. is a 5 min drive south. San Pedro del Pinatar is a small fishing village which is a 10 min drive south. Villa Martin Plaza is situated south of Torrevieja and is approx. 10-15 min drive from the apartment. The Plaza boasts numerous bars and restaurants to meet everyone's taste. Excellent atmosphere for a night out. The harbour town of Torrevieja is a 15 min drive and you will find a selection of shops, bars, restaurants and discos for the more energetic! Also in Torrevieja you will find an aqua-park, go-karting, ten pin bowling and a Friday market, which is the largest in southern Spain. There are a number of daily markets worth visiting in close proximity to Rio Mar, details of which can be found at the apartment.

Golf.: There are a number of superb golf courses all within a 15 min drive, they include Villa Martin, which is a championship course and was host to the Spanish Open in 1985. Las Ramblas is probably the hardest course and is set amongst ravines and valleys with stunning scenery - very testing! Campoamor is a more open and forgiving course, once again excellent scenery and boasts a sophisticated club house which is a great place for lunch or dinner.
