You have chosen the destination Martinique, we invite you to spend a peaceful stay.

We provide you with a very pleasant and ventilated F3. It is composed of 2 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, a large equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV and a terrace surrounded by local flowers that the birds come to gather.
You will enjoy a green and calm setting, surrounded by fruit trees, tropical flowers. You will taste the fruits of the garden, far from pollution, with breathtaking views of the bay of Fort de France, the Pitons du Carbet and part of the Atlantic center. Every evening you benefit from a superb sunset.
This villa bottom is located on the outskirts of the municipalities of Sainte-Luce, Rivière-Salée, Rivière-Pilote and 9 km from the beach, not far from other tourist municipalities and main roads allowing you to access the different municipalities of the island.
The property is closed. You will feel safe there.

Sainte-Luce is one of the tourist towns in the South of Martinique (diving, forest walks, jet ski, fishermen, walking, restaurants by the water, beautiful beaches ..) next to:
  - The Diamond renowned for its rock with a viewpoint
  - Rivière-Pilote (La Mauny distillery)
  - Le Marin with its nautical club
  - Les Trois-Îlets its marina, golf course, etc...
- Sainte-Anne with its white sand beaches that make you dream
  - And major roads that serve the island from North to South.

We will be very happy to receive you and make you discover our culture, fauna and flora as well as local cuisine.

Très bien

La maison en location est très jolie, avec vu sur un beau jardin. Le couple propriétaire sont gentils , nous parle ,nous donne des informations. Cette maison est très bien située car le sud de la Martinique est magnifique, des très belles plages, donc en voiture ce n est pas loin . Je recommande cette maison et remercie le couple.

Excellent séjour. Gentillesse ++ disponibilités, un magnifique jardin qu'entretien Yvon avec passion. Marie Claude et Yvon sont de très bons conseils. Nous vous conseillons cette location vous ferez des rencontres merveilleuses.

Que du positif!

Véronique et ses parents sont absolument charmants et d'une grande générosité! Aucunement envahissants. Le logement était parfait! Toutes les commodités y étaient et tout était parfaitement propre. Les lits étaient très confortables. La vue... splendide. Réveil au chant du coq (même en ville il y en a). Appartement tranquille, bien aménagé et facile d'accès. Leur jardin est rempli de variétés : canne à sucre, vanillier, fleurs du paradis, manguier, herbes médicinales, poules, canards, mouton, chèvre, etc. Une visite nous permet de voir tout ce que la nature a à nous offrir. Nous y avons logé 4 jours et avons regretté de ne pas avoir réservé l'entièreté de notre séjour avec eux... Nous avons réellement apprécié notre séjour et nous vous le recommandons sans hésiter! Merci pour tout Véronique! (En passant, l'aloès a fait son effet! Nous avons également pu aller au Tombolo, tel que tu nous l'avais recommandé, et c'était magnifique.)
