The residence where the villa is has a private beach, tennis courts, bar and restaurant. It is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation and for a family with kids. The villa has its own private and fenced garden and is surrounded by other villas. It is only 200 meters walking from the beach. It is a 3 levels villa with main entrance at the first level which is surrounded by a garden with two terraces and a porch. There are 9 sleeps: 3 double bed room, one single bed room,one twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms. The kitchen, the sitting room and the dining room are at the same level of the garden. From the two terraces and from the top part of the garden it is possible to admire the sea.
