This was our first time renting a cabin in Boone, and it far exceeded our expectations! Marcia was a joy to deal with in working out the specifics. So accomadating and wanting our stay to be perfect. The cabin was awesome!!! Very clean and spacious. We had a great time and are already talking about our next visit!!

Recommended for: Families with Teenagers

Our Mountain Adventure

Hillside Heaven was actually heaven for our family. It was nestled just far enough out of town that we had privacy but was just a short ride to town to shop and dine. We very much enjoyed ourselves the entire weekend whether it be hanging out in the hot tub or enjoying a game of pool. The cabin was very comfortable for our crew of 8 and was very accommodating. Owner was wonderful with all of our questions or concerns, would definitely recommend for a family get away.

Recommended for: Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Hillside Heaven is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a home away from home. We spent the Christmas holidays there and it was wonderful to have all the family under one roof . We found the cabin to be clean and comfortable. I would recommend Hillside Heaven to be a great place to stay!

The cabin was a great place for us to stay. We were in Boone, visiting our son at ASU. Staying at the cabin, which wasn't that far from campus, my son could come out, visit, play pool, and just relax.
We didn't have to visit in a restaurant or at his dorm. That was so nice. I was even able to fix my son his blueberry pancakes!
When my son was busy, we could relax, watch tv, use the hot tub, take walks looking at the beautiful scenery, or drive around town since we were close to everything in Boone.
The cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. Marcia (the owner) was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this cabin for your next trip to Boone!

Great cabin for annual golf/family trip

We had stayed in another cabin in the same development a couple of years ago, but Hillside Heaven was by far a better stay for us! Very nice and clean with a pool table down stairs and hot tub on the deck. Really short drive to downtown Boone and other area towns with different attractions that we enjoy.....like hiking, Tanger Outlet (and plenty of other places to shop), tubing, golf, etc. Short walk from the cabin to the river. It is real easy to get to because all roads leading to the cabin are paved! There are many other cabins in the mountains that are way more difficult to travel. And the owner was a pure joy to talk to and work with getting all of the details worked out!!! LOVED IT!!! Larry
