About Guy Batteur
I am now retired, but when I was a young adult, I used to spend all my holidays in this house, horseback riding and gazing at the stars. My children, my great-children and their cousins also spent a lot of time here.
Guy Batteur purchased this farmhouse in 1970
Why Guy Batteur chose Le Bugue
Now that the children are grown-ups, the house is too big for us. Furthermore, we have a smaller house and lots of friends at close hand. We are still hooked on this region of Perigord!
What makes this farmhouse unique
The assets of this property are first of all the quiet and the contact with nature. The surroundings are comfortable and you have shopping facilities nearby, 2 km away (supermarket, hardware stores, book store, and so on).
